involved in Wednesday's deadly boat
accident at Smith Moutnain Lake.

But crews will be back on the
water today, looking for the man who
disappeared when the boat went down.

Emerald Isle III when the accident
happened.

64- year- old Richard Smith of
Moneta was killed.

Two men from the Harrisonburg
area were pulled from the water alive,
but 44- year old David Reynolds of
Grottoes has not been seen since.

foot Hacker Craft, a replica of an
antique ski boat earlier in the day,
and a state police diver used a lift
bag and a tank of compressed air to
raise it to the surface.

after a well-- liked minister was found
dead in her home in the Snow Creek
section of Franklin County.

Yesterday, several from the church
went to her home on Snow Creek Road
after she failed to show up at a church
event Wednesday night.

When they opened a back door, they
saw blood and called 9-1-1.

Investigators don't believe this was
a suicide, therefore they are treating
the death as suspicious.

this morning.

Authorities say the bomber as
apparently targeting a police patrol.

Sudan this week to get a first hand
look at one of the world's trouble
spots.

Bob Goodlatte met with officials
in Sudan to encourage more U.N.
peacekeeping troops into Darfur.

of becoming a victim of identity theft.

legitimate messages from well known
companies... such as eBay and Paypal.

Many of you, myself included,
have received emails that claim to be
from the "PayPal Team" alerting you of
a disputed transaction made from your
account.

If you click to say you didn't

make the purchase, you are asked to
verify or confirm your username,
password and other sensative
information.

This same type of approach is
used saying your account is temporarily
closed and you have to enter the
personal data to reactivate it... there
are many more examples.

There are some dead-giveaways
that should send you a red-flag that
it's a scam and not a real email from
PayPal.

First, the company allows uses
your full name to address you.

Anything that reads "dear paypal
member" or another variation of that is
a fraud.

Credit and debit card numbers.

Bank account numbers.

They never ask for driver's

wall to more than double the size of

after a well liked minister was found
dead in her home in the Snow Creek
section of Franklin County.

recovered the boat that was involved in
Wednesday's deadly accident on Smith
Mountain Lake.

But they have not found 44- year-
old David Reynolds who disappeared when
the boat went down.

Twelve hours after search teams
launched their boats, they returned to
the ramp yesterday evening.

They were towing the 33-foot
Emerald Isle III, a 2007 replica of an
antique ski boat.

Divers located the craft earlier
in the day, and used lift bags and
tanks of compressed air to raise it to
the surface.

Despite an extensive day-long
search using a state police helicopter,
boats and dive teams, authorities were
unable to locate Reynolds.

The boats will be back on the
water today using side scan sonar to
check out shallower areas near the
shore.

But authorities say the area
where the boat went down is very deep
and conditions very dangerous, so they
do not expect divers to return to the
water today.

after a well liked minister was found
dead in her home in the Snow Creek
section of Franklin County.

church went to her home on Snow Creek

Walmart says the wheat-gluten ended up

The F-D-A now says all bad batches have

Sudan this week to get a first hand

spots.

Bob Goodlatte met with officials
in Sudan to encourage more U.N.
peacekeeping troops into Darfur.

Many of you, myself included,
have received emails that claim to be
from the "PayPal Team" alerting you of
a disputed transaction made from your

make the purchase, you are asked to
verify or confirm your username,
password and other sensative
information.

This same type of approach is
used saying your account is temporarily
closed and you have to enter the
personal data to reactivate it... there
are many more examples.

There are some dead-giveaways
that should send you a red-flag that
it's a scam and not a real email from
PayPal.

your full name to address you.

Anything that reads "dear paypal
member" or another variation of that is
a fraud.

Credit and debit card numbers.
