Charles Cobler arrived in
handcuffs at the Franklin County jail
from Ohio this afternoon.
Later a judge charged him with
murder, however the suspect was
extradited back to the county on less
serious charges.
One of those charges included
felony theft for failing to pay for
fuel in Henry County when he was
gassing up his car.
Investigators say the gas station
was most likely Cobler's last stop
before fleeing to Ohio.
