football coach Eddie Robinson will be
remembered later today at a wake at the
school where he coached for 57 years.

putting yourself at some degree of risk
of becoming a victim of identity theft.

out phishing emails that look like
legitimate messages from well known
companies... such as eBay and Paypal.

Many of you, myself included,
have received emails that claim to be
from the "PayPal Team" alerting you of
a disputed transaction made from your
account.

If you click to say you didn't
make the purchase, you are asked to
verify or confirm your username,
password and other sensative
information.

This same type of approach is
used saying your account is temporarily
closed and you have to enter the
personal data to reactivate it... there
are many more examples.

There are some dead-giveaways
that should send you a red-flag that
it's a scam and not a real email from
PayPal.

First, the company allows uses
your full name to address you.

Anything that reads "dear paypal
member" or another variation of that is
a fraud.

Credit and debit card numbers.

Bank account numbers.

They never ask for driver's
license numbers or email addresses.

Roanoke Gas Company to a reduced rate
increase for operating expenses.

The final order means customers
will be receiving refunds with
interest....

That's because they've been
paying higher rates since October of
2006 on an interim basis while the

The final order allows Roanoke
Gas to increase by eight percent, or

roughly eighty thousand dollars less

The company serves about

different fixes in different places.

trucks along the entire highway.

football coach Eddie Robinson will be
remembered later today at a wake at the
school where he coached for 57 years.

have received emails that claim to be
from the "PayPal Team" alerting you of

make the purchase, you are asked to
verify or confirm your username,
password and other sensative
information.

This same type of approach is
used saying your account is temporarily
closed and you have to enter the
personal data to reactivate it... there
are many more examples.

There are some dead-giveaways
that should send you a red-flag that
it's a scam and not a real email from
PayPal.

your full name to address you.

Anything that reads "dear paypal
member" or another variation of that is
a fraud.
