taken by one of the investigators,
Charles Cobler confessed three days ago
to robbing and killing Snow Creek
Pastor Nancy Copin.
The statement goes on to say the
two had an "altercation" before Cobler
hit her several times.
This morning Cobler was arraigned on
first degree murder charges.
He'll remain in the Franklin
County Jail without bond.

Suntrust branch in the 51-hundred block
of Williamson Road around 1:15.
Investigators say a man got
away with cash... but dropped some.
Officers were seen picking up
bills around the bank's parking lot.
Police caught up with the
suspect- and arrested in a short while
later at an apartment on Tuckawana
Circle.
He's been identified as
32-year-old Larry Irvin Hicks. Police
won't confirm how Hicks got from the
bank to the apartments.
Hicks has been charged with
robbery.

become Harvard's first African-American
head coach currently on campus in its
32 sports. The Crimson finished 12-16
last season, including a 5 and 9 mark
in the Ivy League.

Last Season Forest forward Kevin Swinton is
transferring. The six-foot-seven
sophomore from Greensboro started 13 of
the 58 games he played for Wake Forest.
As a sophomore, he averaged two points
and two rebounds while playing nine
minutes per game.
Swinton is the third member of the
Wake Forest team to transfer, joining
freshman Casey Crawford and sophomore
Shamaine Dukes.

reportedly testifying against the
model.
He is offering to help a religious
activist who is protesting Hurley's
Hindu wedding.
The activist says it made a "mockery
of Hindu customs."
He points out that Hurley didn't
take off her shoes while walking around
the sacred fire at the ceremony and she
wore what he considered to be revealing
clothes.
Hurley and her Hindu husband also
reportedly had her father-in-law thrown
out of the wedding.

The cab ride will take about seven
days and cost 3-thousand dollars plus
the cabbies cost of meals, fuel and
hotels.
The couple met the cab driver a
couple of weeks ago and after talking
for awhile- he offered to drive the

bagges into the back of the cab this
week.. and started off on the
