Flags and streets signs were

20 miles an hour. A few areas
could see gusts between 50 and 60 miles

dozens had to leave their homes.

There, nearly three inches of
rain fell, causing flash floods, along

thousand dollar reward for information

for a new courthouse.

Demolition crews have torn down
buildings at the intersection of Nelson
and Randolph Streets to allow for the
new 29 million dollar facility to go
up.

Over the next few weeks, people
living and working in the area might
feel a few shakes since workers will be

The courthouse is expected to be
finished next November.

Earlier this week the Lexington
City council voted to continue to
courting the Museum of Confederacy to

charged with first degree murder and
arson after five children were killed
in in Quincy, Illinois.

Police say Zachary Meeks was
arrested and charged shortly after the
bodies were discovered.

Flames broke out around 3-this
morning, and completely engulfed the
home.

Authorities say Meeks was
arrested after questioning.

Investigators say four boys and a
girl whose bodies were found on the
second story were likely family
members.

Their ages ranged from eight
months to ten years.

Four other people, including a
firefighter, were injured in the blaze.

One of the victims -- not the
firefighter -- is said to be in
critical condition.

A two-year-old child was
severally hurt.

round while Montoya drove past, but the

loses the back end all by himself. And
behind him, Kyle Busch runs over Dale
Earnhardt, Jr. who wound up 36th on
the day.

Burton dueled with his former

teammate Matt Kenseth over the final
circuits. He made the pass for the
lead on the last lap and held on for
the victory, after winning the
inaugural Texas race back in 1997.
