at for shyness when he was in school in
Northern Virginia. In his often
incoherent video to the news media? he
rants about being persecuted by rich
kids. And that video isn't really
providing police with too much NEW
information.

on Monday. Cho Shung Wi apparently went
back to his dorm room in Harper Hall.
He compiled his rambling manifesto and
took it to Blacksburg?s Downtown post
office on North Main Street. It was tax
day and the post office was swamped.

The package was mailed at 9:01?.
Investigators are interviewing the
postal worker who handled it.

recalls the parcel being presented and
noticed there were 6 digits in the zip
code and corrected that by removing one
of the digits. :18
Police were hoping the package would
give them more insight into why Cho
went on a killing spree. But the multi
media manifesto may just end up being
the last part of a killer?s plan.

Shaalan was 32 and came to
Virginia Tech last August.

being an essential member of the Muslim
community in Blacksburg.

Fort Chiswell High School and
the vocational school were locked down
this afternoon after a threat was made
against the school.
The principal says Wythe
County deputies responded and
determined the threat to be unfounded.
Deputies say they've
identified person who sent the
threatening text message and she's
being interviewed by police.

Two people are dead after their
small plane crashed in a Danville
neighborhood this morning.

Around 9:15, the Danville airport
got a call that the pilot of a plane
was having a medical problem and needed
to make an emergency landing.
It wasn't long after that that
residents at the end of Lexington
Avenue reported a plane had crashed in
the woods near their homes.

Roanoke Police they had to use
deadly force against an harmed man.

Spanish Trail.
Police arrived after being
alerted of a man attempting suicide.
Police say 43 year-old John
Harvey Bridges of Roanoke came toward
them and refused to put down a sword.
Officer A. S. Puckett shot him
once and the man later died at the
hospital.
Two officers are on
administrative leave while an
investigation is being conducted.

currently works as a crew member for

he has spent trying to make sense of it
all along with another Tech engineering
grad, Darian Grubb from Floyd. The
