Governor Tim Kaine urged
Virginians to mourn, while encouraging

swear by chondroitin.. so some experts
say if a patient believes it's working
they might want to stick with it.

The F-D-A has considered and approved a
bird flu vaccine.
In testing the shots only provided
protection to about 45 percent of the
people who got it.. but experts say
it's better than nothing.
The government plans to buy and
stockpile enough vaccine for 20 million
people.. including health care workers.

A trio of new studies says fruits and
vegetables can help keep head and neck,
breast, ovarian and pancreatic cancers

Thursday in New Hampshire after four
days of rain, just in time for federal
officials to start assessing flood
damage around the state after last
weeks nor'easter.
FEMA officials spoke with
homeowners and toured areas of damage

million-dollar threshold required for
federal assistance.

Police say 18 year-old Richard Sonnen

He had a bullet that landed less
than two inches from his brain stem.
This gunshot victim was one of
