indicted for a murder that happened
nearly five years ago.
A grand jury has indicted
42-year-old Gary Huffman.
He's facing murder charges for
the deaths of Rhonda and Timothy
Chaplin.

bought the same kind of plastic
pipe...used in The Bishop's two mail

Investigators say Tomkins apparently
kept some of the materials used in The
Bishop's mailings here at this
apartment complex...inside two storage
lockers just about a half mile from his
home.

explosives...a robot was brought in to
help safely open the doors.

Investigators say...The Bishop's
threats amounted to a failed extortion
scheme. He demanded that brokerage
houses deliberately manipulate prices
of two technology stocks...3 Com
Corporation and Navarre.
Investigators...say Tomkins stood to
profit...if those two stocks went up.

who would benefit if the threats had
actually caused people to affect the

Stock prices were NOT affected and no
one was hurt. But now, Tomkins faces up
to 30 years in prison, and
