school board insisting that the board

school system after less than two years

We understand the agreement is
scheduled to be signed on Monday, and
that's when we may get more details.

department will deal with the tragedy
after graduation day, when they finally
have a moment to think. The officers
have been working non-stop since the
tragedy. Even when they do get a day

One victim was pregnant at the
time of the attack and she identified
Clark as the intruder who broke into
their apartment.

The judge certified nine of the
charges against Clark and sent the case
to the grand jury.

If Clark is found guilty on all

new owner.

-don't own it anymore. It's now a
private business.

financial ties with the horse center,
writing it off with a check for
four-and- a-half million dollars.

The center took the money and a
low- interest loan and paid off its
debts.

Now the center will be operated
by the Virginia Horse Center
Foundation.

Since its creation, the Horse
Center Foundation has raised more than
11 million dollars for improvements and
operating expenses.

was composed in one day. It had to be.
