Although he helped to raise test
scores, he also angered many teachers

The school board now has the

reign in several suspected drug
criminals.

During the first neighborhood
arrest authorities report 35-year-old
Michael Williams tried to call out
reinforcements to attack the officers.

When that didn't work, they say
he tried to make his dogs attack the
deputies.

arrests of four others including a
56-year-old man.

The charges range from
obstruction of justice to possession of
cocaine.

at a Kansas City, Missouri mall.

Police say the bloody crime spree

Police approached the driver of that
car at an area gas station ... when
they say the suspect shot an officer in
the arm then headed for the Ward
Parkway shopping center.

Thousands of students who've been
accepted into Virginia Tech next fall
have to decision to make.

From the looks of it , the bridge
basically shattered into two parts.
