Danville. Low temperatures can still be

the typical month of May is much
wetter.

yards and 10 touchdowns. He is the 26th
player in school history to go over the

Emory & Henry head basketball
coach Bob Johnson has been named the
Wasps new athletic director. For the
past eight months he has been filling
in on an interim basis. Johnson has
been Emory & Henry's head men's
basketball coach for 27 years and he
will continue in that position while
serving as athletic director. Johnson
has been involved in many things in
life including combat. He's a veteran
of the Vietnam war, where he served as
a ranger platoon leader with the 101st
Airborne Division.
