Brookville High School today.

past Sunday was legally drunk at the
time of the accident.

VO-NAT Hancock had a Blood Alcohol level

of almost twice the legal limit of
Point Oh 8 at the time his S-U-V
collided with the back of a tow Truck
on a Saint Louis Highway.

Hancock also had 8 and half grams
of marijuna in his vehicle along with a
glass pipe that is used to smoke

marijuna. An accident reconstruction
showed that the Pitcher was traveling
at 68 miles per hour while the speed
limit was 55. There was no evidence
that he tried to stop. Hancock died of
within seconds of Head Injuries.
