school will mean tighter security there
today.

A female student at Pulaski
County High School found a threat in a
bathroom stall that mentioned 10 A-M on
Friday.

The sheriff's office is
investigating, but school will be open
today.

Administrators are asking
students not to bring backpacks or

purses to school today.

Bomb sniffing dogs will also be
there and all exterior doors will be
locked.

unauthorized and in many cases illegal.

granted one request for Hokie Memorial
Merchandise, it's these shirts that
went on sale Wednesday.

Virginia Tech says the shirts,
which are being sold by the student
group Hokies United, appropiately honor
the victims.

But we're told most of what you
seen in stores or online so far is
unsanctioned and in many cases those
selling those items are just lining

their own pockets.

Women's Health University.

Brody is a breast cancer survivor.

in Forest has been renting this
building from the Forest Volunteer Fire
Department for 22 years.

But the fire department needs
more room and it may build elsewhere or
expand on its current site.


So Blue Ridge leaders are asking
the public for help in finding a
temporary home for the next year.

They hope to open a larger,
permanent facility in the fall of 2008.

Here's a live picture from Salem.

Police say around 6:30 this morning,
a tractor trailer overturned on
Wildwood Road, blocking the northbound
lanes near Interstate 81.

The female driver was transported
to the hospital.

Her condition is unknown.

The tractor trailer was carrying pet
food and supplies.

Haz- mat crews are on the scene,
because diesel fuel leaked out of the
truck.

It has been contained, but a crew
still has to drain the fuel before
they can right the truck.

That should happen in the next half-
hour.

In the meantime, drivers should
expect delays.
