GRAPHIC=Fatal Accident A child is dead after an accident

yesterday morning in Pulaski County.

It happened at around 8:30 on
Route 11 at the intersection of
Rhuebush road.

Police say three vehicles were
involved and a nine-year-old passenger

was killed.

There is no word at this time
about other injuries or any possible
charges.

the Roanoke Civic Center.

So many people turned out
yesterday -- they had to turn away
hundreds.

The doors opened at 4 this
morning and cars were lined up from the
entrance of the Civic Center to 581.

Yesterday about six hundred
adults received dental care. By 7 a-m
Friday they had to cut the line off.

Organizers of the Roanoke Valley
Mission of Mercy Project hope to make
this an annual event.

They say so many adults in our
community don't have dental care --

they can't meet all of the need in just
two days.

them in the Carilion Clinic.

that's not enough. The group says it's
been asking Carilion to put it in
writing for months --but there hasn't
been any response.

That's the reason they decided to
make a move.

The Queen got a tour of the
educational facility before heading to
the site of the original Jamestown
Fort.

Sarah Camden moved to Amherst
County from Great Britain six years

you've probably noticed the Mill
Mountain Star looks a little different.

seven, he's been fascinated with

yesterday morning in Pulaski County.

It happened at around 8:30 on
Route 11 at the intersection of

Police say three vehicles were

Kenyan Airways plane has crashed in
Southern, Cameroon.

early this morning. That's where

There are few details at this point.

But we do know the plane was carrying

distress signal from the plane shortly
after take off. The flight originated
in the the Ivory Coast and had stopped
in Cameroon to board more passengers.

a prison in that community.
