stabbing at Valley View Mall last
night.

When police arrived on the scene
they discovered a large crowd.

They say a female juvenile had
been stabbed.

She was taken to Roanoke
Memorial.

No arrests have been made.

say she lost control of her car on I-77
in Carroll County yesterday afternoon.

The single car accident happened
just north of Hillsville near
milemarker 19... at about three
o'clock.

State police say 67 year
old Patricia Rae Plante of Michigan ran
off the left side of the road,
overcorrected and flipped her car
several times before it landed..

facing south in the Northbound lanes.

That crash forced both
northbound lanes to close and backed up
traffic late yesterday afternoon.

dental care.

But even with two days of free
care offered.. organizers still had to

Organizers hope this clinic opens

Graduation also got underway
yesterday morning at Roanoke College.

This year's class was a record
high for the school...410 graduates
from 25 states and seven foreign

countries.

Roanoke College is the second
oldest Lutheran related college in the
nation.

Yesterday also marked the last
commencement for the school's
presidents...Sabine suh-BEAN-uh
-O-hara.

She resigned in March.

O-Hara came to Roanoke College in
2004.

Henry Moore had last month did not
take. But his family is planning to
try again. In the meantime, his immune

system has been wiped out.

will no longer be taking emergency call
at Carilion.

Vistar says the decision was made
after Carilion never respond to the
groups request for a written agreement
about Vistar's role in the Carilion

Clinic.

Carilion says there is a place for
independent doctors in the Clinic

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
wants to the State Cooperation
Commission to lift restrictions that
prevent the company from moving certain
services out of Virginia.

That has some people concerned about
the future of their jobs in the Roanoke
area.

There were nearly 60 tornadoes
across the Central Plains Saturday.

At least nine people were killed
in or near the town of Greensburg
Kansas.

Reports say a high school was
destroyed, along with several homes.

No fatalities are being reported
from this twister, but there are
several injuries.

check out the latest in warning
equipment and talk to experts about

say they had plenty of warning, but no
where to run.

The twister's track was more than
a mile wide and killed at least nine
people through Greensburg.

Homes were ripped apart- some
perched sideways on their foundations.

Entire blocks of houses were
turned into a piles of debris.

All of Main Street was destroyed,

hospital was blown apart, along with
all of the schools.

crashed in Cameroon - searchers still
have NOT reached the site.

Kenya Airways announced today the
plane's automatic locator signal has
stopped, adding to the difficulty of
trying to find the wreckage.

The flight carrying 114-people -
went down early yesterday shortly after
taking off from an airport in Cameroon
on a flight bound for Nairobi.

The plane went down in a dense
forest with few roads.

Heavy rains and dense fog are
hampering search efforts.

Cameroon is a nation of
17-million people on Africa's western
coast.

game wardens will get a new
title...conservation police officers.

The name change better describes
the wardens' modern duties, which
primarily is law enforcement.

The General Assembly approved the
change this year.

Virginia is joining other states
in adding "police" to wardens' job

The process began with new,
larger signs on department boats last
year.

New uniform patches, badges and
vehicle decals should all be in place
