The car struck a tree and the
driver died at the scene.

developers of a controversial
Blacksburg shopping center are now
suing the town.

The developers say they
followed all the rules and already have
a vested right to build the shopping
center which would include a so-called
"big box store."

require a special use permit before a
"big box" store could be built.

today that he's leaving the company his
late father founded at the end of this

season.

Junior just never could come to
terms on a new deal or ownership in the
company with his step mom Teresa
Earnhardt.

As a result, he has decided in
effect to become a free agent - making
himself available to the highest bidder
for next season.

However - He and his sister took
the high road when discussing DEI.

her web site..Messner says doctors have
stopped treating her cancer, her weight
has dropped to 65 pounds and she needs
"God's miracle" just to swallow.

Messner, who's 65, was once
married to televangelist Jim Baker.

She was first diagnosed with
colon cancer in 19-96.

In 20-04, she revealed cancer had
spread to her lungs.

and college students on a field-trip to
tornado alley.

And the video they bring back
each year is simply amazing. Supercell
storms, wall clouds, and sometimes even
tornadoes. But the amazing part is, the
students are doing all the forecasting.
