today..

That's according to rumors
circulating through e-mail and on

calling for a boycott on gas stations

The whole idea is to send a
message to the oil companies and drive
down gas prices.

The thinking is, if all 73
million myspace members boycott gas
stations today it will cost oil
companies three billion dollars.

But here's the real deal, most
experts agree the gas boycott won't
work.

It turned out to be a student

Police locked down the campus and
searched the building ... while many
parents stood outside, frustrated by
the lack of information they were

Classes resumed around 9:45.

An hour later, a bomb threat

Sheriff's investigators have
interviewed the man. He was headed from
one home to another and generally
followed the edge of school property
along Flint Hill road carrying an
unloaded 22-caliber rifle.

If investigators
determine he was actually on school
property he could be charged
