take them in and try to nurse them back

former women's head basketball coach
Bonnie Henrickson?
She was a fan favorite before
leaving Tech for Kansas more than three
seasons ago.
In her three years of rebuilding
at Kansas she has managed to win 40
games and her teams have lost 49.

VO-NAT Her bosses believe she has turned
the program around and as a result this
month she got a major pay raise.
Kansas Athletics, Incorporated will pay
Henrickson a base salary of $220,000
per year, plus additional payments that
will bring her total compensation to
$635,000 a year.
The additional money comes from
media appearences and other
public-relations and promotional
functions.
The $635,000 is almosy double her
first contract that paid her $380,000 a
year.
