capital murder- -was arrested in
Jamaica over the weekend.

Thomas Manuel Paige had been under
surveillance for some time, before the
Jamaican Constabulary (con-STAB-ulary)
and U-S Marshals apprehended him.

Police believe Paige shot and killed
two people, injuring two more after an
all-night party.

died of a single gunshot

to the head. Her body was found

Authorities believe she was killed
before husband Jason Hamilton sprayed

Plus, from the bizarre world of
the NFL - the Cincinnati Bengals cut
Linebacker A.J. Nicholson today just
hours after he pleaded not guilty to a
charge that he hit his girlfriend.
Nicholson was charged with misdemeanor
assault Friday,

But today his girlfriend recanted
her 911 call to police saying that
Nicholson never hit her. She says she
got a mark under her eye when she
grabbed a cell phone from Nicholson so
hard she struck herself with the phone.
Despite that claim the case will go
forward and the former Florida State
star remains free on $5,000 bond. His
pretrial hearing is set for May 31.

ended up near the state capital.


By today the humpbacks were nearly
halfway to the ocean...

The pair will have to make their way
through muddy deltas that could trap
them.. they'll also have to swim under
San Francisco's Golden Gate bridge to
return to the ocean.
