murder-suicide.

office floor when they got there.

Police say it looks like a
domestic dispute that turned deadly.

militants hiding in a Palestinian

refugee camp, the Lebanese Army
unleashed another barrage of bullets
and

artillery this morning.

This is the third straight day the
sprawling camp near the Syrian

border has come under attack. About
40,000 civilians live in Nahr

al-Bared �and there�s growing concern
that innocent people are being

killed� in an effort to find just a few
hundred fighters.

This woman says.. "I have never seen
war like this."

United Nations relief convoys are also
being turned away by the

Lebanese Army. .. one was reportedly
hit in today's fighting and there

may have been one casualty.

The Bush administration has also
expressed concern for civilian

causalities but is also supporting the
Lebanese government...saying the

troops are working in a "Legitimate
manner" against violent extremists.

The operation began following a bank
robbery and the army was called in

to help flush out the suspects�members
of a Palestinian splinter group

called Fatah al Islam. The group has

ties to al-Qaida and Lebanon says

is also supported by Syria. Damascus
denies that.

So far about 30 soldiers and the same
number of militants have died�what

isn�t known...is how many civilians
have been caught in the crossfire.

Diabetes drugs are supposed to reduce
the risk of heart attacks, but where it
comes to Avandia, the most popular
diabetes drug in the world, Dr Steven
Nissen found the opposite. (gfx1)
Nissen and a research team concluded
that patients on Avandia have a 43 per
cent higher risk of heart attack and a
64 per cent greater risk of
cardiovascular death. (gfx out)

It is most urgent that the FDA and the

company look at the original source
data and do careful analysis.

The FDA quickly issued a "safety alert"
on Avandia, but called the new finding
research inconclusive. The FDA says
it's studied the the same data as Dr
Nissen, but that "unpublished data"
suggest "contradictory evidence about
(Avandia's) risks". In other words,
there's not enough evidence to pull the
drug. The drug's maker, Glaxo Smith
Kline said it "strongly disagrees" with
Dr Nissen, and that Avandia's "benefits
continue to outweigh any treatment
risks."

the FDA also had this research why is
the safety alert coming now.

Avandia should not stop abruptly. He is
asking instead that physicians read his

speaker and was one hand as the Artie
Levin personal Life awards were
presented to Glenvar's state
championship wrestler Aaron Blomberg
who is headed to Virginia Tech and
Northside all-everything distance
runner Katherine White who will attend
the University of Arkansas.

Abdul is a little sore, but
recovering from the mishap.
