be welcomed in the town.

ordinance called 14-50 that would limit
the size of retail building to 80
thousand square feet.

Anything larger would need a
special use permit from the town......
hundreds came out to speak at tonight's
meeting...the crowd even spilled into
two other rooms.

The council is still hearing
public comment at this hour.

But is expected to take a vote
tonight.

Creek Manor Apartments in Roanoke was
sentenced today.

eighty years.

years in prison and then face another
twenty years on probation.

plea agreement. In exchange for
Goode's plea of guilty to two counts of
murder, the Commonwealth agreed to ask
for no more than 34 years.

Before his sentencing, one of the
victim's children took the stand to say
how the murders have changed their

the stand asking the judge for mercy.

Goode's attorney also pleaded
with the judge, pointing out the
defendant was a juvenile during the
murders.

James Morell was found guilty and
sentenced to two life sentences.

Karrington Overstreet pled
guilty and was sentenced to eight years
behind bars.

were found hanged in their mobile home
in Texas today.

mother was checking on her because she
didn't show up for work.

That's when she found them
hanging in the closet.

The youngest of the four girls,
an eight month old, was still alive.

She was transported to a nearby

a murder suicide, but an investigation
is underway.

anti-war leader after her son was
killed in Iraq, is calling it quits.

tonight with William Byrd taking on
River Ridge regular season and tourney
champion Cave Spring.
