they believe may be behind a shooting
that sent a camper to the hospital.

flight as a man infected with a rare
form of tuberculosis to get checked.

dozens of casualties.

last night on whether big box stores
would be welcomed in the town.

passed the ordinance called 14-50 that
would limit the size of retail
buildings to 80 thousand square feet.
Anything larger would need a
special use permit from the town.
Hundreds came out to speak at
last night's meeting. The crowd even
spilled into three other rooms.
The meeting lasted for 5 hours.
After midnight, council voted 7
to 0 in favor of the ordinance.

Lynchburg.
Police responded to the call last
night in the 1100 block of 9th street.
The victim has been identified
as Vantrese Boyd.
He is listed in serious condition
at Lynchburg General Hospital.

James Melvin Ferguson of Lynchburg as
the suspect.
He faces several charges
including malicious wounding.
Ferguson is still at large and

the lookout for a person they believe
may be behind a shooting that sent a
camper to the hospital.

flight as a man infected with a rare
form of tuberculosis to get checked

from Atlanta to Paris on May 12th, and

unless a slowdown in Virginia's economy
