Reverend Falwell.
Federal agents say they found the
homemade bombs in a cookie tin his
Uhl's car.
Some were made of Styrofoam and
gasoline.
Another cookie tin held a Pepsi bottle
containing gasoline. It was attached
to an M-R-E heater that Uhl told A-T-F
Agents he and friends assembled.
When asked about nails they found in
his car, Uhl allegedly said they were
"for the shrapnel effect."
It's unclear who or what his target
might have been, though authorities
believe Uhl "had a problem with the
protesters" at Falwell's funeral.
Uhl's "My Space" page referred to
smoking marijuana and suggested he
planned to do something illegal
Saturday. "After that I can taste
blood," Uhl's alleged to have written.
There's reference to "the Anarchists
Cook Book."
An A-T-F agent testified that Uhl
recounted for him how he'd used Tabasco
sauce to create pepper gas when he was
in high school.
Uhl described a prank he played on his
fellow students at the prom. It
involved dropping homemade bombs off
the roof of the building as students

intended to do at Liberty last week.
Uhl allegedly told his family he
planned to set bombs off in a field, in
the parking lot of a Mormon Church or
to "kill cows."
In denying bond, Magistrate Mike
Urbanski mentioned last month's mass
murder at Virginia Tech. The judge
said the evidence in Uhl's case was
"overwhelming" in favor of continued
detention.
