resistant form of tuberculosis.

doctors try to cure the Atlanta
attorney with antibiotics.. and

still trying to track down passengers
who sat near Speaker on two
international flights.

from Atlanta to Paris.

Speaker traveled to Europe for his
wedding and honeymoon. The Homeland
Security Department has confirmed he
made it back into the U-S last week
after a border inspector disregarded a
computer warning to stop him.
Officials say the border guard has been
reassigned.. after allowing
Speaker to drive through the crossing
at Champlain New York because
Speaker seemed perfectly healthy.
CLOSE: Lawmakers here on Capitol Hill
have already called for hearings
to look at how border agents and the

are looking for three armed men who
robbed a convenience store just outside
Lynchburg.

three men walked into the Quickee Food
Store in Forest Wednesday night, pulled
out handguns, and ordered clerks to
hand over the money.

according to witnesses.... but the
Henry County Sheriff's office is
investigating a shooting that happened
in the Bassett area yesterday morning.
A 19 year old man suffered a
gunshot wound to the head.
He was flown to Roanoke for
treatment and is still in intensive
care.

accused of two shootings in Rockbridge
County.
The red pickup truck turned up
yesterday in a Food Lion parking lot in
West Point-- that's east of Richmond.

will be a free man today.

He was convicted of second-degree

relief at the gas pump since the prices
have increased.
And yesterday they got some.

their tank as early as seven yesterday
morning along route 24 near Vinton.
More than a hundred cars lined up
to receive forty dollars of free gas.

promotion.
Starting at 11o-clock, they gave
away two hundred pre-paid gas cards.
The giveaway was supposed to last
until one, but the free gas didn't last
