That's according to the director
of the Central Virginia Health

District.

Doctors are not identifying the
Lynchburg patient.

The other Virginia resident is
from the eastern part of the state.

Test have been performed on the
two - if they should test positive for
exposure, the Center for Disease
control will step in.

All of this follows the
announcement earlier this week after an
Atlanta man flew on commercial planes
from the U-S to Europe -- even though
he has a rare form of T-B that can be
deadly.

OQ=STD. << From development on Mill
(END SOT) Mountain, to plans for the Countryside

Golf Course - many issues face the city

of Roanoke - and some say those issues
aren't being handled in a public forum.

1:05:43 "It bothers me anytime
the public is not informed in time to
have input." 1:05:50

Nan Fooks is part of a group that
feels the city is doing too much
planning without citizen input.

She says things like changes to
the city market and construction at the
city's two high schools need to be made
clear for everyone.

1:03:49 "They have plans that
have not been made public and I want to
know what those plans are." 1:03:53

Concerns like this drove the
city's Democratic committee to hold a
public forum Saturday - a chance for
city residents to meet with local
leaders and talk about issues that
can't be addressed in a typical city
council meeting.

1:08:41 "We just wanted to
open it up for citizens to be free and
to have more than 3 minutes, more than
5 minutes to talk about what concerns
them." 1:08:51

1:29:20 "Complaints aren't the
only thing on the minds of these

citizens. They're also looking for
solutions, something they can take back
to city leaders." 1:29:26

1:08:11 "You have to have room
for compromise and our citizens need to
understand that we need to compromise"
1:08:17

Organizers of this event hope
that by coming together, many of the
city's issues can be addressed with a
common voice.

1:08:01 "My thought is, if you
have an issue, if you have a problem,
if you have a solution, then take that
to city council" 1:08:08

And with their thoughts collected
and ideas organized, this group is
hoping their voice can make a
difference.

Blue Rocks vs. Avalanche We pick it up in the top of the :00 2nd. The Blue Rocks Kyle Thibault
drives one to deep center field that
gets over the head of Josh Flores.
Brian Mcfall crosses the plate and it
was 1-nothing Wilmington.

Still in the 2nd, Josh Johnson
grounds thru the hole bringing home
Thibault for a *CG final Wilmington two run cushion. The Avs made it 5 interesting, but came out on the short Salem end 5 to 3, the final in 11 innings.

Hidden Valley vs. Northside Straight to the top of the 2nd
when Adam Tucker wraps one to right
field, and that would score Ryan Larson

to make it 2-nothing Titans.

Larson would blow things open
just an inning later. He stands in and
cracks a three run bomb to deep left
field. Hidden Valley cruised to the *CG final Hidden Valley 12 to 4 win and will host Richlands on 12 Tuesday while Northside travels to Northside Virginia High in Bristol.

laps to go, Kevin Conway turned Ragan

Carl Edwards passed Matt Kenseth
