have been sending tons of nuts to the
network in protest.
Now, a source close to the production
says C-B-S is reconsidering the
decision. Network executives
are apparently impressed by the
devotion of fans.
More than 50-thousand pounds of
peanuts have been delivered to C-B-S.
In the season finale, a character
replies "Nuts!" to a demand the town of
Jericho surrender to attackers.
Published reports say the network
will likely bring the show back for
eight episodes in the middle of the
next season.
