shooting a pregnant woman this weekend
following a domestic dispute in
Martinsville is keeping police on their
toes.

Faulkner is also wanted in

February 2006 similar murder case of another young
girl Meghan Price last year.

Saturday incident and is still nowhere in sight
following Saturday's shooting.
Police did manage to recover his
getaway car at a nursing home yesterday
morning about three miles away from the
crime scene.
Faulkner does have ties to the
New York area, but authorities say he
could still be hiding out close by.

beat John Langley to death in a
Danville motel room in April of 2001.
And he's scheduled to be
executed for it Wednesday.
Emmett and the victim -- John
Fenton Langley -- were co-workers from
an out-of-town roofing crew.
Emmett's attorneys are fighting
to convince the U-S Supreme Court and
Governor Tim Kaine to halt the
execution, claiming he suffered an
injustice at trial.

The state says his lawyer's

detention for a former Blacksburg
Middle School student.

of 13 felonies after he admitted he
tried to sell stolen guns in school.
He admitted to bringing the guns
to school on two occasions.. one of
those days was April 16th- the day of
the Tech shootings..
His mother turned him in and
police found 11 guns in a bookbag in
his home.
The guns were not loaded and he
never actually sold them.

investigating April's tragedy has
learned Seung-Hui Cho was causing
problems long before the shootings.

VO-NAT Yesterday, the panel learned Cho
was acting bizarre as early as 2005.

faculty complained.
Cho was detained for being
suicidal that December, but privacy
laws are keeping the panel from
learning more.
And that's frustrating victims'
relatives who want more details.
They also want a seat on the
panel.
The chairman has invited family
members to talk to the panel publicly
or privately, but says Governor Kaine
wants an independent analysis of what
happened... one free of emotion.

Roanoke has left police trying to
figure out what happened.

Dodge work van collided head-on in the
32-hundred block of the Salem Turnpike.
Both drivers were taken to the

wheel at the time of a Roanoke accident
is in critical condition.
Police say 25-year-old Joshua
A. Humphries was driving south on
Franklin Road just before midnight
Saturday.

A female passenger died at
the scene. Her name has not been

were sent home during an audit on
Friday WILL be paid.

audit Friday morning at the Roanoke
County facility.
It's part of an agreement
with the U-S Justice Department to make
sure sensitive material and information
is properly safeguarded.
I-T-T says several hundred

review and were told to stay home.
A company spokesperson says
they will be paid, adding the hope IS
the audit will be done soon.
