12-hundred Lynchburg city employees and
retirees was accidentally posted on the
city's website-- among that information
employee's prescription medications.

According to the city's Human
Resources Director, the information was
put online May 22nd- but it wasn't
until two weeks later.. June 4th that
the mistake was discovered and was
immediately removed.

Officials say they will be
notifying everyone who was affected and
will be working with the employees
responsible.
