GRAPHIC=I-81 V-DOT is asking for the public's

help when it comes to making
improvements to the intersection of
Route 11 and 220 at the Daleville exit

Last night the public had a
chance to see some of the options and
prioritize them.

To do all the improvements would
cost about five point seven million
dollars

But VDOT only has three point
four million in the budget for the
project.

Three of the options would add
turning lanes to the intersection.

Two other choices would restrict
turning movement along Route 11..there
medians and barriers would be added.
