on whether Rodney Startz can withdraw
his guilty plea to first degree murder.

The judge delayed the case saying
a recent Virginia Supreme Court ruling

Startz is accused of walking into
the Fairlawn Walmart last year and
killing his ex-girlfriend, Donna

Startz originally pleaded guilty
to the crime, but now he says
anti-depressants made him do it.

The judge will make a final

couldn't remember which, they were
