But now there's an overflow of
joy in Goshen.

Last Week Local and state leaders say the
water came back on sometime Saturday.

Since last weak, crews have fixed
14 leaks.

About 450 people didn't have water
service.

Members of the National had been
in the area giving out bottled water to
residents.

The health department says people
can use the water for bathing, using
the bathroom and washing clothes.

However, the department is
advising people not to drink the water.

It may be until the middle part
of the week until the water is safe to
drink.

Even though the system is up and

running, emergency crews remain
cautiously optimistic.

shuts down this week.

More than 23-hundred people were
once employed at the plant, which makes
F-series pickup trucks.

The jobs were considered among
some of the best in Hampton Roads,

paying an average of 28 dollars an
hour.

The move is being made to restore
Ford's North American automobile
operations to profitability.

yesterday for readers of the Richmond
Times-Dispatch.

A fire broke out while the
Sunday edition of the newspaper was
being printed.

About 50 employees had to
evacuate the building.

The cause of the fire is unknown
but officials say one of the plant's
THREE printing presses burst into
flames.

Two firefighters were treated for
heat-related injuries but no other
injuries were reported.

County area report there's a high
demand for upholstery jobs.

The jobs are among the hardest
to fill according to the Virginia
Employment Commission possibly because
of a misconception about upholstery
--primarily that it's a dirty job.

Pay is based on how many pieces
of furniture a worker can complete but
can salaries can range anywhere from 35
to 40-thousand dollars a year.
