WE NEED THE PUBLIC TO CARRY ON BEING

THE POTENTIAL THREATS THAT MIGHT BE OUT

The new threat level gives police new

NBC Sports Kerr kept things rolling on the :00 way in.

Here she rolls home the nice
birdie putt from about 35 feet for a
lead that she would not give up.

Lorena Ochoa was in the
mix, but stumbled down the stretch.

Ochoa, the world's top ranked
player bogeyed 17 and finished at
3-under tied for 2nd with Angela Park.

Kerr was steady, finishing
with a flurry of pars to win her very
first major, by two shots at 5-under.

TNT There was no magic on the Magic :00 Mile for Clint Bowyer who cut an oil
line and went up in smoke.

Joe Nemechek had all kinds of
problems as well. He loses a wheel off
the 13 machine. The tire then
richochets off the catchfence and goes
across the track safely.

In the end, Hamlin who had been
so close to winning this season,
finally broke thru, taking the

checkered flag ahead of Jeff Gordon,
Martin Truex, Jr. and Dale Earnhardt,

Now his attention turns to the

And while the usual suspects
return for the vaunted Baltimore
defense, Willis McGahee is in the fold
on offense, and that has everyone
around the Inner Harbor excited,
including Haley.
