GRAPHIC=Cell Phones It seems teenagers have a few

hang ups about a new law that's aimed
directly at them.

Starting this week, they can no
longer talk on their cell phone while
driving.

saying?

Natasha, surprisingly they're ok
with the ban.

The law says anyone under 18 can
no longer talk, text, or take photos on
their cellphone while driving.

They can only use their cell if
they have an emergency while behind the
wheel

Keep in mind this is not a
primary offense, meaning police cannot
stop teens just for chatting on their
cell phone while driving.

There has to be another
infraction.

It's also easy to see why there's

The news quickly spread

The Denver Nuggets have invited
former Virginia Tech forward Coleman
Collins to be a part of their summer
league squad. Collins was overlooked
in last week's N-B-A draft, despite
turning heads at the pre-draft camps.

Collins was erratic his senior
season averaging just 8 points and 5
rebounds a game.

His teammate Jamon Gordon also
went undrafted, but he too will get a
shot at playing in the league.

The former Tech guard has been
added to the Dallas Mavericks summer

league roster.

And his backcourt mate - Zabian
Dowdell is now with the Seattle
Supersonics where he will play
alongside Kevin Durant.

Zabe averaged 17 points a game
for the Hokies last season.

It takes over 100 volunteers
help put on the annual event.

Along with the typical fair
rides, petting zoo and bingo games, the
homemade fries are what bring patrons
in from miles away.

Firefighters will use 6 tons of
potatoes in 9 days.

After all these years, they will
only set you back a buck fifty.

The carnival runs through this
Saturday night, with a parade at 6pm
tomorrow and Fireworks at 10.

All proceeds benefit the Buchanan
Volunteer Fire Department.

So far this week, over $50
thousand dollars has been raised.
