tomorrow night in Roanoke at The
Roanoke Times' annual Music for
Americans celebration.

the fireworks ready across the river at
the old Victory Stadium site.

be a 90 minute concert performed by the
Roanoke Symphony which this year will

housing.

The problem stems from a 50-100
more freshman than usual - more
returning students staying on campus -

are being offered refunds on deposits
plus 150-dollars towards Tech dining
services.

According to Local 6-75 president
Roy Hall - no official date has been
set, but a tentative date to meet
should be set sometime this week.
He says union members are
"hopeful, but.. have been hopeful

Negotiations have been ongoing
since October, but neither side can
come to an agreement on healthcare
coverage, wages or pensions.
