It has to do with the fact there will

not shoot into air, travel along the
ground, or explode.

Keep in mind, "legal" does not

not shoot into air, travel along the
ground, or explode.

community will help it find an
alternative to a controversial parking
plan.

City council recently decided to
delay an increase in parking rates
downtown, following complaints from
businesses and citizens.

Two community meetings about the
issue will be held on July 31st at

Center in the Square.

tomorrow evening at River's Edge Sports
