GRAPHIC=Guilty Plea Five-years after the brutal

murders of a Lexington couple - an
Augusta County man has been convicted
of their deaths.

VO-NAT 43-year-old Gary Wayne Huffman

pled guilty yesterday to the 2002
murders of Rhonda and Timothy Chaplin.

In a plea agreement, Huffman
dodged the death penalty, and was
sentenced to two consecutive life
sentences.

Augusta County in August 2002.

Huffman was reportedly Rhonda
Chaplin's ex-boyfriend.

She had been scheduled to testify
against him in a rape trial that was
set to begin the week after the
murders.

Foundry early this morning while
allegedly trying to steal copper wire.

2006 According to a police report, fire
crews responded to the plant on West

Main Street in Radford shortly after
midnight.

The report says the two men were
allegedly trespassing on the property
and cut into a wire that was still
energized.

Both men were taken to the UVA Burn
Center in Charlottesville with severe
burns to 60% of their bodies.

Their names and current conditions have
not been released.

The Radford Foundry is owned by
Intermet and has been closed since
2004.

no link to terrorism, after an American
Airlines flight was diverted on its way
from Los Angeles to London.

Knut did. Now weighing in at
a-hundred-and-ten pounds of sharp tooth
and claw, he began to confuse his
surrogate mother.. with lunch.

Not just biting the hand that feeds
him... he bites anything he can get his
teeth near.

And the keepers found that amusing

little swim with Knut -- has become
jaws with claws.

donation by the Gordon family whose
daughter was student trainer at
Virginia Tech, there is a new way for
the Hokie Trainers to serve athletes

The Trailer will be visible at
football games but it will be the Hokie
Athletes not in the spotlight that
benefit the most.

Valley using it for their football
