throwing the book at a motorcylist who
raced up Interstate 81 at 160-miles per
hour.

Kevin Michael Buorkan byour-kin was
heading north on Interstate-81 on a
Yahama R-6, a bike similar to this one.

He reportedly led police on a

Police say he led them on a high speed
chase that spanned two-counties and
nearly 30-miles.

It started on the night of April 28th.

State police clocked a motorcycle going
more than 80-miles per hour near mile
marker 134 in Salem.

That trooper lost him, but radioed
ahead.

Trooper Lambert was waiting for him
just over the Botetourt County line.

several people to the hospital this
afternoon and closed a busy Roanoke
street for nearly a hour.

o'clock on Gus Nicks Boulevard in front
of Thrasher Park.

Roanoke Police say a flatbed
truck heading southbound rear-ended a
gray van, which then rear- ended
another vehicle.

In all, four people were taken to
the hospital with what is described as

apartment complex early this morning
left one man dead and another in jail.

16-hundred block of Toddsbury Road just
after midnight.

Several people had been fighting
outside Apartment 32 ... and
35-year-old Herman Kelly Senior of

Petersburg had been stabbed several
times in the chest.

A few hours later, police arrested
48-year-old Mack Wayne Pannell
(pan-NELL) of Gretna and charged him
with second degree murder.

They say the fight was related to
a domestic disturbance.
