Appalachian Power is back, asking
for yet another rate increase.

requests to charge customers more
money.
In May the state slashed a requested
base-rate increase from 25.4 percent to
3.1 percent.
As Justin McLeod discovered, the
latest proposal could cost you anywhere

Montgomery County courthouse for
several hours.

investigating whether there were any
radioactive leaks.

for yet another rate increase.
