John Edwards believes a
Democratic Presidential candidate has a
good chance here in Virginia.

He says being from North Carolina
helps him understand the needs of rural

eventually will be the large glass
facade.

You can see in these pictures
what that will look like once it's
finished.

We're told in the coming months
workers will be installing the glass as
well as the roof. In fact, by the end
of the fall the exterior should be
completed but the work is far from
over.

have protected students from Seung- Hui
Cho.

begin to undergo renovations within a
few weeks.

Roanoke County School Board approved a
contract for the work.

The cost was most recently
estimated at 24-million dollars.

The work will include
totally renovating the classrooms,
installing a new heating and air
conditioning system, updating the
hallways, as well as expanding the
cafeteria.

There will also be new

furniture, lighting, and improved
technology.

for his alleged role in a dog fighting
ring on July 26th.
