looking for a man they say tried to
kill his ex-girlfriend.

sa-goo-rrah Sergio Torecilla
(tour-uh-see-uh).

Investigators say he broke
into his ex-girlfriend's home near
Otter Hill Saturday night, made her
walk to a barn, then tried to shoot
her-- twice.

The first gun wasn't loaded.

The second was.. but Torecilla was
startled by a vehicle and missed his
target.

been charged with leaving an infant's
body in a trash container in
Harrisonburg.

Sarah Wolf, who is 21 years old,
is being charged with the improper
disposal of a dead body.

If found guilty, she could face
up to twelve months in jail, and a fine
of up to 25-hundred dollars.

the county landfill in late January for
a baby.


They had received a report that a
woman gave birth in a public bathroom
and put the baby's body in a trash bin.

station.

That's what police say the
suspicious package was yesterday at
Lewis Gale Medical Center.

A hospital employee actually tied
the device to a tree but the bomb unit
didn't know that and used a robot to
destroy it.

They say it looked
unusual....with wires and a "putty"
like substance on the outside.

Salem Police are not filing
charges and the hospital isn't taking
action against the employee.

saving his life.

Earlier this week 20-year old
Chris Campbell, 14-year-old Colton
Malone and 10-year-old Kaylee Malone
all went swimming in Dunlap Creek near
the Humpback bridge.

But the trip turned dangerous
when Chris jumped from a rope and hit
his head and neck on some rocks.

And when the Malones couldn't get
cell service, Colton took matters into
his own hands.

He drove to get help.

overdoses.

They came in response to Judge

The hearing was scheduled after
the judge challenged whether the plea
agreement was valid.

drug related charges against him in
California.

afternoon, after a week of intense
training.

firefighters and police officers, who
attended the academy from througout the
state.

Roanoke County Fire and Rescue
established the Honor Guard last year,
and hosted the academy during their
training.

skills were shown during the graduation

protest outside of the NFL offices in
Manhattan in an effort to get Vick
sacked before training camp opens.

lover on Capital Hill delivered a 24
minute speech concerning the abuse of
canines.

And today Senator John Kerry sent

competition.
