Early estimates put it at a magnitude

Pharma will be sentenced in Abingdon
today for misleading the public about
the risk of OxyContin addiction.
People who've been affected by
OxyContin overdoses have planned a
rally near the federal courthouse
before the sentencing.
Purdue, its top lawyer, former
president and former chief medical
officer pleaded guilty in May.
Under an agreement, they would pay
over 634- million dollars for claiming
that OxyContin was less addictive than
other pain medications.
Under the agreement with federal
prosecutors, U-S District Judge James
Jones must either accept the terms, or
throw out the entire agreement.

regimens ever invented.

arms or legs partially cutting off
blood flow while exercising.

Training, the technique promises not
just fitness but a shortcut to the
fountain of youth.

training has become an unexpected hit
with workaholics. Coming to a gym like
this as little as 30 minutes supposedly
is enough to keep you in shape.

It all started with body builder and
inventor, 59 year-old Yoshiaki Sato. He
says Kaatsu offers anti-aging benefits
because it jump starts the release of a
rejuvenating hormone.

to lactic acid build up and fools the
brain into secreting human growth
hormone.

Weird? You bet. But hundreds of
thousands of Japanese are buckling up
and Japan's elite Tokyo University is
studying the technique as a way to keep
Japan's aging society youthful.

well as athletes, almost anyone can

golfers who were over 55 year of age
and got together on a monthly basis at
different courses to play some golf and
have a good time. The Tour is still
playing golf and having a good time,

Seagulls typically grab food from
unsuspecting sunbathers on the beach,
but THIS crafty bird actually sneaks
into a mini- mart in London-- making
off with a bag of chips.
It would have been the perfect crime
had the shoplifting seagull not been
chased down by a watchful on- looker.
The bird did manage to fly the coop--
and is caught later munching on his
ill-gotten goodies.
