Thursday Castleberry's Food is now calling
back more than 80 brands of its canned
chili, beef stew, corned beef hash and
other meat products.

That's in addition to the 10
brands it recalled Thursday.

Food safety officials say an
equipment malfunction may have been
responsible for the contamination.

So far, four people have
reportedly gotten sick.

All of them were hospitalized
with the muscle-paralyzing disease
known as botulism.
