He is a former federal prosecutor
and senior official at the Department

include Monica Lewinsky.
Vick is scheduled to be arraigned
in Richmond on Thursday.

refunds to its customers starting this
week.

victims of April the 16th.

32 Hokie Stones have been cut,
carved and etched with the names of all
the victims.
A brick walkway has also been
created.
The memorial will be lighted at

It will be dedicated on Saturday

locomotive.

to an Ohio railroad. But before the
locomotive can pulled away, Norfolk
Southern crews must first pull aside
some of the other rolling stock at the
museum. The whole process is expected

customers.

Hirsbrunner in the SkyTracker7 Forecast
Center. Another cool day under mostly
cloudy skies. We keep the chance for
afternoon storms today. The national
analysis shows an upper level
low-pressure system spinning across the
Mid-Atlantic. It will eventually slide
toward the Great Lakes later this week,
increasing storm chances and humidity
as winds shift from the southwest.
There is a slight chance of severe
thunderstorms each afternoon this week.
