jwishon@wdbj7.com Jean, it means if you get pulled

the influence of drugs or alcohol in

The judge believes the law is not
constitutional because it treats
Virginia residents differently than out

OQ=TO DRIVE IN VIRGINIA IS TAKEN AWAY. <
Yeatts dangerous drivers are dangerous
drivers whether they're from Moneta or
Maine.
Out of state drivers who break
the law in Virginia are prosecuted the
same way residents are.
Because of that, the judge argues
abuser fees shouldn't be any different
and that the legislature did not have a
good reason for distinguishing between
the two groups.
Some lawmakers have said it would
be hard to collect the fees from out of
state drivers, but the judge disagrees.
That's because the Commonwealth
charges out of state drivers with
criminal fines.

to drive in Virginia is taken away.>>

None of those ratings indicated there

*CG locator Columbus, OH
It's a popsicle that doesn't. At
least the slow melt popsicle doesn't
melt as fast.
In an unofficial taste test, most of
the children said the popsicle didn't
taste any different than the normal
version.
However their teacher thought something
was a little fishy about the treat.
She's absolutley right. The new
version has a different texture because
it contains more gelatin AND a protein
found in Artic fish.
The protein serves as a natural
anti-freeze...but you may not want to
tell the kids that. A fishsicle doesn't
sound as appetizing.
