Yesterday, someone found a body

on Smith Mountain Lake that

April is believed to be that of David
Reynolds of Grottoes.

This is video from April 4th as
crews searched for Reynolds after his
boat capsized.

Richard Smith of Moneta also died
in that accident.

Virginia Department of Game and
Inland Fisheries sent the body to the
State Medical Examiner's Office for
positive identification.

The agency says Reynolds was
found in the same area where the
accident happened.

He had been missing for four
months.

David Reynolds was 44.

This Morning An accident around 3:30 this
morning involving a tractor trailer
held things up earlier.

State police say a pick-up truck
traveling northbound on 81 drove off
the road and hit the guardrail,
knocking it into the roadway.

An SUV and a tractor trailer BOTH
ran into it.

A tire was damaged on the tractor
trailer, causing the driver to run off
the right shoulder and onto the 109
exit ramp.

There were NO life-threatening
injuries.

Crews are still cleaning up fuel.

yesterday's powerful earthquake.

his cats poisoned wants to make sure it
doesn't happen to other pets.

Two others were staggering around
- they later died.

Nearby, Smith said he found deer
meat covered with what he thought some
kind of poison.

that the three cats died of anti-freeze
poisoning.

territory.

With the help of a nuclear-powered
icebreaker, two mini submarines plunged
two

miles into the dark waters, reaching
the ocean floor...then, a robotic arm
can

be seen planting a RUSSIAN flag on the
seabed.

THAT'S IT! WE'VE INSTALLED THE RUSSIAN
FLAG AT THE BOTTOM OF THE NORTH POLE.

It's a symbol reinforcing Russia's
claim of ownership to the vast fields
of

oil and natural gasbelieved to stretch
beneath the sea in the Arctic Circle.

As artic ice recedes due to global
warming, access to these regions is
getting

easier.

But four other countries ALREADY own
territory in the Artic Circle under

international law, including the US and
Canada.

The State Department dismissed the
expedition, saying the claim has NO
legal

standing.

And Canada's Foreign Minister said
'this isn't the 15th century -- you
can't

just plant flags and say we're claiming
this territory.'

SO, WE ARE NOT AT ALL CONCERNED ABOUT
THIS, THIS IS BASICALLY JUST A SHOW BY

RUSSIA.

Maybe a show, but Russia's
serious...the government insists the
seabed is an

extension of Russia's continental
shelf, and as such is THEIR territory.

And if predictions of the enormous
natural wealth are indeed

Gibbons suffered a stroke while
working on a window ... fell four

landed flat on his back in the hospital
for almost a year, unable to speak or

Rehab Center in the bronx ... pioneers
