Behind her tears, Debbie Miller
says there's a message in her
daughter's tragic death.

She wants to encourage other
parents to make sure their teens have

plenty of experience before they get
behind the wheel.

OQ= Miller says it's been horrific

dealing with the loss of her daughter.

The day Amanda left with her
boyfriend Stephen, her mom didn't have
any concern, even though he had just
gotten his license the day of the fatal
crash.

That's because Miller had always
known Stephen to be a careful driver.

OQ= Radlbeck says she had practiced

was ready to drive alone.

However, she agrees with Amanda's
mom and wants to urge parents to get in
plenty of practice with their teens
before letting them drive unsupervised.

They both want to see changes
made in educating teen drivers.
