On the morning of the shootings, police
say Cho was outside West Ambler
Johnston dorm at 6:45 in the morning,
waiting for someone to enter so he
could follow them in.

Emily Hilscher was the first shooting
victim and police do not believe he
followed her inside. They say she used
another entrance.

After shooting Hilscher and Ryan Clark,
police say Cho returned to his dorm
room at Harper Hall at 7:17 am and hid
his bloody jeans and tennis shoes in a
closet.

office to mail his now famous manifesto
to NBC news.

went classroom to classroom and peered
inside before going on his deadly

photographer, is charged with felony
homicide in the death of Marion
Franklin.

She was 19, and Shell is 60.

In June of 2003, Franklin died
from an apparent drug overdose after a

arrested back in January.

He's accused of raping two women
at gunpoint in a Dublin apartment - one
needed a wheel chair to get around and
the other was pregnant.

Today, several investigators took

When he was arrested, he told
police he was "set up".

Investigators said Clark also
admitted to having sex with one of the
victims.

adults that really sticks.

The message warns people 21 and

full pads today for the first time this
preseason and opened up practice to the
public.

The Cavs also opend the door to a
much anticipated addition to the team.

running back Keith Payne out of Oakton
practiced with the team for the first
time this summer. This is big news
for Cavalier fans because Payne was
suspended from the team in the spring
by coach Al Groh for poor academic
performance.

Payne did not come out in full
pads today, but he did plenty of
observing and he particiated in a
number of drills, as well.

Tech's 10th practice of the summer and
Frank Beamer is opening up tomorrow's

scrimmage and next Saturday's scrimmage
to the public.

side of Lane Stadium will open up for
fans at 3pm, the players will begin
stretching around 3:15 and the
scrimmage will run run from 3:45 to
5:15.

Fans will only be allowed to sit
on the west side and no still cameras
or video cameras will be allowed in the
stadium.

Again, gates open at 3pm tomorrow
and the scrimmage is FREE. The Hokies
are opening these two weekends to fans
because the spring game was
understandably cancelled back in April.

the final postseason berth in the
