Governor Tim Kaine told lawmakers
today.

Virginia's revenues ARE growing--
just not as much as forecasted....

The governor points to the
sluggish real estate market as part of
the problem.

He's ordered state agencies to
cut their budgets by FIVE- percent....
Decisions will be made on performance
so some agencies may cut more while
others cut less.
