July 6 Vick now admits that he and
others established the dogfighting
operation known as "Bad Newz Kennels"
on property he purchased in Surry
County.

He paid for most of the ongoing
expenses... and admitted taking part in
the killing of 6 to 8 animals that did
not perform well in testing last April.

He acknowledged that the
operation was an illegal gambling
enterprise, but said he never placed
any side bets on the dog fights, or
received any of the proceeds from the
purses that Bad Newz Kennels won.

against a man accused of involuntary
manslaughter for a fight outside a
Roanoke bar.

Zane Angle was being held
responsible for the death of a man who
was run over outside the Coffee Pot
last October.

Angle punched Brian Keith
Dickerson as Dickerson was waiting for
a cab on Brambleton Avenue.

The single punch knocked
Dickerson into the street where he was
hit by two cars.

This morning the judge reduced
the involuntary manslaughter charge
against Angle to assault and battery.

At this hour the jury is debating
if Angle is guilty of those charges.

Her car was struck by another
vehicle headed west ...both drivers and

in a Los Angeles jail overnight..

The pregnant celebrity's four- day
jail sentence for driving under the
influence of drugs got cut down to
under an hour and a half.

She never set foot in a real jail
cell. The sheriff's department said the

jail was too overcrowded.

Meanwhile, fellow party girl Lindsay
Lohan also got a big break.

The actress, who's 21, received a
sentence of just one day in jail after
a plea deal on drunk driving and
cocaine charges.

Lohan's currently in rehab in Utah.
