That's according to a report
released late last night by a
governor's review panel investigating
the shootings.

But the report concludes that
while alerts might have helped students
and faculty to protect themselves or

It says it would have taken

health problems during his childhood.

That was after he had been judged
to be a danger to himself in 2005.

his 19 year-old model back in June
2003.

The photographer is accused of
giving Marion Franklin a lethal dose of
morphine.

Yesterday, Shell explained drops
of a liquid put into Franklin's glass
that day were an herbal supplement -
not liquid morphine.

Shell also admitted giving
Franklin two of her own Valium pills
the day she died - but a prescription
for her was never found.

That same day Shell refilled his
own prescription of Valium.

He called it a coincidence. The
case will be handed to the jury today.

Around 11:30 Tuesday morning,
someone called the bank inside the
Salem Wal-mart, saying a bomb would
explode if money was not wired to a
certain location.


The Wal-Mart in Fairlawn
also got a bomb threat about a half
hour later.

similar plots in at least a half-dozen
other cities around the country.

The store in Newport, Rhode
Island actually wired 10- thousand
dollars to the crooks.
