The photographer is accused of
giving Marion Franklin a lethal dose of
morphine.
Yesterday, Shell explained drops
of a liquid put into Franklin's glass
that day were an herbal supplement -
not liquid morphine.
Shell also admitted giving
Franklin two of her own Valium pills

That same day Shell refilled his
own prescription of Valium.
He called it a coincidence. The

partly sunny skies Saturday, with full
sunshine by Sunday. Weekend high
temperatures are slated in the
comfortable lower 80s! Labor Day
(Monday) through Thursday of next week
is forecast mostly sunny with a steady
warming trend. Make it a great day!
